My World Estates is an independent lettings agency based in the heart of the West Midlands. We deliver property solutions throughout the local and surrounding area, offering complete property management through our experienced team.

All of our staff are individual entrepreneurs, coming together to work effectively as a team and dedicated to achieving results. We aim to give you a tailored experience from taking enquiries right through to finding new tenants or moving you into your new property.

How would you market my property?

We offer a complete service when it comes to marketing your property, covering both online presence and high-street advertisement. Our team are also able to help with the presentation and preparation of your property, advising on how to maximise appeal for prospective buyers and tenants. We also maintain a strong customer database that include a number of buyers and tenants looking for different properties.

Will I get feedback on all of my viewings/offers?

Yes. We believe in full transparency, providing an honest and reliable service. You can see for yourself any viewings, enquiries or offers that might come through.

Can you find me a buyer/tenant quickly?
